Booking & Service Policy

Deposits & Payments

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits will only be refunded if the service is cancelled or unfulfillable by Greaves Auto Detailing.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

  • Payment can be made via cash or card.

This policy ensures all bookings are confirmed and time is allocated fairly.

Additional Charges

  • Prices are based on the vehicle being in average condition.

  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, heavy staining, or severe neglect may incur additional charges.

  • Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Water & Power Access (Important)*

To carry out our services efficiently and to the highest standard, access to a customer’s water and electrical power supply is required for all services.

  • By booking, the customer confirms that suitable access to water and power will be available on the day of service.

  • If access cannot be provided and no prior arrangement has been agreed, Greaves Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking, with the deposit remaining non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

  • The vehicle must be accessible at the agreed time and location.

  • Personal belongings should be removed prior to the appointment.

  • Greaves Auto Detailing accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Greaves Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Right to Refuse Service

Greaves Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Working conditions are unsafe.

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour is encountered.

  • The vehicle condition presents a health or safety risk.

By booking a service with Greaves Auto Detailing, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
